About
Peng-Ying Jiang joined Professor Tan's group in September 2018 as a joint master's student under the SUSTech-HIT program. She was transferred to the Ph.D. program in September 2019 and, under the supervision of Professor Tan, obtained his Ph.D. degree in June 2024. In the same year, she was awarded the Hong Kong Scholars Program and joined Professor Jun Wang's group at Hong Kong Baptist University as a postdoctoral researcher in December. Her current research focuses on organocatalytic asymmetric oxidation reactions and asymmetric synthesis of axially chiral compounds.
